You’ve written a first draft and maybe even started revisions, but you’re not entirely sure how to make your story stronger. You’re ready for developmental edits! I’ll read your manuscript and help identify plot holes, opportunities to deepen character development, and ways to strengthen your overall story. You’ll receive a manuscript with comments and a detailed letter listing the possibilities for improvement and strengths of your story.

Get both of the above services in two rounds, starting with a developmental edit and finishing with line edits after you’ve made revisions.

Line Edits

Your manuscript is finished, you’ve made your developmental revisions, and now you’re looking for help cleaning up your copy, i.e. spotting the grammatical errors, fixing typos, and polishing any rough edges that remain. Line edits are what you’re looking for!
